Refund policy

IRISH PIG PERFORMANCE – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Irish Pig Performance does not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, ordering the incorrect product, or products that have been installed, used, modified, damaged, or altered.

Because our performance exhaust systems are specialty products and may be built or finished to order, customers are responsible for confirming motorcycle fitment and product specifications before placing an order. Please contact Irish Pig Performance before ordering if you have any questions regarding fitment.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact Irish Pig Performance promptly after delivery. Do not install, modify, or use the product. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, repair or replace the affected product at our discretion.

Shipping damage should be reported as soon as possible and photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label may be required.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Please contact Irish Pig Performance immediately if you need to request a cancellation. Orders that have entered fabrication, finishing, or fulfillment may not be canceled.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
