IRISH PIG PERFORMANCE – SHIPPING POLICY

Irish Pig Performance LLC products are fabricated and prepared for shipment from our shop in Henderson, Nevada.

Processing and Production Times
Many of our exhaust systems are built or finished to order. Estimated production or processing times provided at the time of purchase are estimates and are not guaranteed. Production times may vary depending on order volume, material availability, custom options, and other circumstances.

Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, package size, weight, and available carrier service. Orders may be shipped using UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another appropriate carrier.

Delivery Times
Carrier transit and delivery dates are estimates only. Irish Pig Performance LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or other shipping delays outside our control.

Shipping Damage
Please inspect your shipment promptly upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, retain the product, packaging, and shipping materials and contact Irish Pig Performance LLC as soon as possible at irishpigperf@gmail.com. Photographs of the product and packaging may be required to assist with a carrier damage claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.
