IRISH PIG PERFORMANCE 2-INTO-1 PERFORMANCE EXHAUST Harley-Davidson Road Glide — Milwaukee-Eight Hand-built in Henderson, Nevada. The Irish Pig Performance Road Glide 2-into-1 mid-length exhaust was developed for the 2022 Harley-Davidson Road Glide Milwaukee-Eight platform, with an emphasis on strong torque, horsepower, exhaust velocity and performance across the usable RPM range. This exhaust has proven to work exceptionally well on high-output Milwaukee-Eight combinations. When properly matched with the engine build, tuning and supporting components, it has performed effectively on a motorcycle producing 160 horsepower at the rear wheel.

Every stainless exhaust is back-purged during TIG welding, helping prevent oxidation and contamination on the inside of the tubing. This produces cleaner internal welds and helps maintain a smooth exhaust-gas path through the system. This is not a mass-produced universal exhaust system. Primary lengths, step locations and collector geometry were developed to improve exhaust scavenging and maintain strong cylinder evacuation while supporting increased airflow as engine output rises. The result is an exhaust designed to deliver strong low- and mid-range torque without sacrificing upper-RPM horsepower.
